Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a fee. 1.2 Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalties and to ensure availability.

2. No Refund Policy after Contract Signing

2.1 Non-Refundable Agreement: Once a service contract is signed, the agreement is considered final, and no refunds will be provided except in cases outlined in Section 3. This policy ensures that resources allocated for your project are used efficiently. 2.2 Project Changes: If adjustments to the project are needed, please discuss these with us. While refunds are not provided, we are committed to working with you to meet any reasonable requirements within the agreed scope.

3. Exceptions for Faulty Products/Services

3.1 Faulty Products or Services: If any products or services provided by us are found to be faulty and do not fulfill their expected function or purpose, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. 3.2 Claim Process: To request a refund or replacement due to a faulty product or service, please notify us in writing with a detailed description of the issue. We will assess your claim promptly and work with you to resolve the problem. 3.3 Verification: In cases of faulty products or services, we may require verification (e.g., inspection, diagnostics) to confirm the issue. Approved claims will be eligible for either a replacement or full refund, based on our assessment.
